ENTERPRISE TRUSTIS BUILT IN,NOT ADDED ON.
Every campaign on A.Modo is tracked, approved, and auditable. Six purpose-built governance modules run on every production — making it safe to deploy premium IP at commercial scale.
Every delivery package includes a rights certificate, a prompt log, and a complete approval record. No output is undocumented.
CONTROL,
BY DESIGN.
Rights Registry
The single source of truth for every IP asset on the platform.
The Rights Registry stores the complete rights profile for every IP asset and virtual idol on A.Modo: ownership entity, permitted usage categories, restricted categories, territory scope, channel rules, duration limits, and license terms. When a user selects an IP for a campaign, the Registry is the first layer checked — any conflict surfaces before production begins.
Enterprise IP deployment requires documented rights chains. The Registry ensures every asset has a clear, queryable rights record that can be produced in any commercial audit.
- Ownership entity and licensing chain
- Permitted usage categories per IP
- Restricted categories and competitor exclusions
- Territory scope with approval-by-exception rules
- Channel rules: social, broadcast, OOH, digital, events
- Duration and exclusivity terms
Approval Queue
Multi-stakeholder sign-off, tracked from submission to completion.
Before any campaign asset is generated, the Approval Queue routes the brief through the required sign-off chain. A.Modo reviews the scope. The IP owner reviews the usage request. Brand or legal teams review the creative direction. Every reviewer sees the current status, outstanding items, and revision history in one place.
Commercial IP deployments require documented approval from multiple parties. The Queue replaces fragmented email chains with a structured, auditable workflow that protects all stakeholders.
- A.Modo scope review (platform compliance)
- IP owner usage review (rights and category check)
- Brand and legal review (brand safety and compliance)
- Status tracking: pending, approved, rejected, revision-required
- Revision request with comment thread
- Approval timestamp and reviewer record
Risk Flags
Automated conflict detection before production starts.
A.Modo runs automated risk detection on every brief before it enters production. The system checks the campaign scope against known restricted categories, active competitor exclusions, territory rules, and channel limitations. Risk flags are displayed to the requester and the approval queue — production cannot begin while active flags are unresolved.
Manual rights checking at production scale is error-prone and expensive. Automated flagging catches conflicts before they become delivery problems or legal exposure.
- Prohibited content detection (category rules)
- Brand conflict detection (competitor exclusion lists)
- Territory mismatch detection
- Channel restriction checks
- Flag escalation to approval queue
- Resolution documentation before production unlock
Canon Compliance
Identity and lore consistency enforced across every output.
Virtual idols have defined identities: visual appearance, personality tone, backstory, behavioural rules, and era-specific style direction. Canon Compliance ensures that every generated output — regardless of which AI model was used — behaves within the approved identity parameters. It prevents character misuse and protects the long-term integrity of the IP.
IP value is damaged when characters appear inconsistently or behave outside their established identity. Canon Compliance is what makes virtual idol IP reusable at scale without identity drift.
- Face lock and visual identity reference system
- Personality and tone guidelines per character
- Lore and backstory consistency checks
- Era-specific style direction enforcement
- Prohibited behaviour and context rules
- Canon deviation flagging before approval
Audit Logs
Immutable record of every production decision on the platform.
Every action on A.Modo creates an audit record: every prompt submitted, every asset version generated, every approval decision made, and every reviewer who acted. The log is immutable — records cannot be edited or deleted. This creates a complete, verifiable production history for every campaign.
Commercial IP deployments carry legal and financial accountability. Audit Logs create the documented record that protects brands, IP owners, and A.Modo in any dispute or regulatory review.
- Prompt log: every input submitted to the AI engine
- Version log: every generated asset version with model and timestamp
- Approval log: every decision with reviewer identity and timestamp
- Export log: every delivery package issued
- Immutable: records cannot be edited or deleted
- Exportable on request for compliance or audit purposes
License Generator
Export-ready commercial documentation with every delivery.
When a campaign is approved and assets are ready for export, A.Modo generates a License Package: a rights usage certificate specifying the approved scope, plus the complete prompt log and usage restrictions. This documentation is what makes A.Modo output commercially deployable — no separate legal process required for standard use cases.
Enterprise buyers need documented rights at the point of delivery, not after. The License Generator means every output comes with the paperwork it needs to be used in a commercial context.
- Rights usage certificate with approved scope
- Permitted categories, territories, and channels
- Duration and exclusivity terms
- Restrictions and prohibited use cases
- Prompt log reference
- Expiry and renewal terms
Every delivery package
includes a rights certificate.
No A.Modo output leaves the platform without documentation.
